 DC area ride?
Hey all,
I'm itching to get out on the water, but clearly don't have a boat to do so. If anyone is looking to give a couple of girls a tow we would gladly help out with gas, food, beer, etc. Thanks!!!

Howdy, welcome to DCWake... what part of the DC area you from? I'm in the Bowie MD area and we ride on the Pax fairly often.

 Re: DC area ride?
I know this is an old thread, but I thought I would give it a winter bump. I live in Arlington, and I was wondering if you guys in the DC area ever get together in the off season for drinks or anything else. I am looking for a group to ride with wehn the weather breaks, I just moved down from MI and have all the gear as well as boat driving skills. Look forward to meeting you all!

jBurbo, what up! I'm not in the area, but I come up there quite a bit to see family. I'll post something up next time I'll be around. Someone meet up with this guy and go have a drink! Sheesh!

jBurbo, we haven't in a while. We'll typically become anti-social, depressed, and hibernate until the warm returns

 Re: DC area ride?
It was up over 70 degrees here yesterday, I swear. Beautiful. Was wandering around in shorts and a T. Felt great. Weatherman said it's supposed to drop to 30 again soon. Bastard.

I prefer parties at the lake with styrofoam coolers... PS: I have a thick cooler with your name on it for this year (Pete, I hope you're reading this)...
